Entertainment is within walking distance as the cottages are found right off the “Strip” next to Eddie’s Grill. Multi-week discounts are available!

Lake Breeze Cottage, the “yellow” one, has 5 bedrooms, 3 double beds, and 3 single beds, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with microwave and toaster, and a gas log fireplace. Outside, the large backyard opens up to the “Strip” which is great for picnics, lawn games, and just plain people watching and features a charcoal grill and fire ring.

BONUS! Guests of Lake Cottages also may use the Heated Pool at Summertime Inn, a five-minute walk to Golf Avenue.

Lake Worth Cottage, the “white” one

Lake Worth Cottage, the “white” one, has 5 bedrooms, 4 double beds, and 4 single beds, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with microwave and toaster, ceiling fans in the kitchen and dining room, and a gas log fireplace. Outside, a large backyard featuring a charcoal grill and fire ring.

$990.00 plus tax per week.

IMPORTANT! No smoking is permitted inside the cottages. We do not permit pets as the fleas of Lake Erie are ferocious and are difficult to get rid of after the pet has left. Anyone bringing ANY pets will be asked to leave and will forfeit the deposits and rent.

Lake Cottages were built in the late ‘30s to mid-’40s, and are spacious and clean but not luxurious. There is no air conditioning so guests may want to bring fans. We offer cable color TV in the living room. Beds have mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads. Guests need to bring bed linens, pillows, bathroom towels, washcloths, and beach towels. Guests may also want to bring extra kitchen gadgets such as large pots and pans.

Because of differing tastes, budgets, and expectations of our guests, we will NOT accept a deposit OR a reservation
UNLESS the person tendering the deposit has inspected the premises both inside and out.
